Sleepy Orange is an inclusive not-for-profit Arts Collective based in the East of England. Our website serves as the hub to bring together the work of people interested in politics, prose, poetry, social observation, photography, ideas, illustration, music, film and anything else in between. Our main aim is to provide a platform for people to engage in political and cultural debate against a well-rounded backdrop of creativity. We do not believe art and life can be separated and neither do we believe that art should be distributed into many succinct categories – creativity is creativity.
Not only do we run through this web magazine, but we also believe in putting the art within these pages out into the real world and as such are putting on regular events, for which we are always looking for performers as well as people who would like to have space to display their artwork or showcase their films.
We believe strongly in interaction, so when you submit work for publication we also like to encourage you to respond to the articles, poetry, prose and art work of our other contributors.
